We’re a boutique website and online marketing company that specializes in helping small businesses increase their online visibility and maximize their leads from online sources.

We are seeking a full-time WordPress developer to join our team. This talented individual will be responsible for taking website projects from concept to completion, utilizing provided content and homepage designs. Troubleshooting skills at all levels are also required.

Additionally, we provide support and maintenance for over 30 websites. We are looking to hire an in-house developer who can assist with new build planning and execution, as well as handle maintenance and support requests.

At our company, we are committed to building clean and optimized websites using best practices for long-term success. This means we rely on minimal themes like Hello Elementor and minimize our use of HTML and CSS. We value problem solvers who proactively seek the simplest and most effective solutions to meet our clients’ goals.

This is a full-time remote work position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Receiving and responding to all website support requests within 4 hours or the next business day if requests are received after hours.
  • Communicating with the team via Slack for urgent issues.
  • Tracking all new build projects and maintenance requests within Monday.com.

  • Utilizing new build project checklists PRIOR to submitting items to the project manager for revisions and submittal.
  • Assisting in creating and implementing project checklists and utilizing best practices on every project.

We are busy and handle many projects at one time, keeping track of the progress and priority of these requests is imperative. You will have to ask questions and effectively communicate the progress and expected timeline of your assigned tasks. We will need your input on when we should let the client know about possible delays before the initial due date. If you’re not comfortable asking questions for any reason, this role may not be the best fit for you.
