Job Summary

We’re on the hunt for a skilled Copywriter & Brand Manager to become part of our crew. The ideal candidate will have a keen sense for marketing copy, an eye for design, meticulous attention to details, and the capacity to juggle multiple tasks at once.

Your responsibilities will include crafting compelling copy, developing design directives, as well as being the final quality check for all email marketing, social media content, PPC ads and landing pages. You’ll work inter-departmentally to ensure all creative content is in line with our clients’ brand personality and meets our stringent quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Crafting Brand Messaging – Create unique, professional copy based on brand guidelines and intentional marketing strategies for:  email marketing, ppc ads, and landing pages.

  • Social Media & PPC Ads – Create compelling and brand-aligned captions along with design guidelines for advertisements and social media posts.

  • Email Marketing – Create attention-grabbing, brand-consistent emails collaborating with the design team through headline, copy, and design directives.  Working with project manager and designers to ensure prompt approval and scheduling.

  • Landing Pages – Create effective sales copy aligned with sdvertising objectives as well as design directives for all landing pages.  Evaluate and oversee the crafting of landing pages for intention, brand coherence, quality, and effectiveness.

  • Quality Control – Conduct thorough reviews of all content, including posts, emails, videos, and advertising materials, prior to publication to ensure a unified brand presence, maintain high quality standards, and confirm that the goal of capturing attention and fostering engagement is consistently met.

  • Attention to Detail – Strong eye for design and a detail-oriented mindset.

  • Time Management – Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Communication – Provide regular status updates and communicate effectively with the team.
  • Tools:

    • Proficient in using project management tool like Monday.com
    • Must use Slack for additional communication
    • Must be willing to create a WTE dedicated Google account
    • Must use LastPass for password management
    • Proficient in Canva.  WordPress & Meta experience a plus.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of industry experience.
  • Sales & marketing copywriting/editing experience required.
  • Eye for design and attention to detail are required.
  • Management experience is required.
  • Graphic design experience is a plus.
  • WordPress experience is a plus.

Schedule/Hours:

Looking for 20-30 hours per week to start (Full-time work is an option after a 90 day probationary period). Schedule is flexible, but must be based in 7AM-3PM PT Monday-Friday.

Starting Pay:

$50+ depending on experience
