Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role involves creating professional website designs, social media ad creatives, email marketing materials, and video content. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure all visual content aligns with our brand’s identity and meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Website Designs – Create unique, professional website designs based on design direction, website examples, and provided copy.
- Social Media Ad Creatives – Design high-quality, scroll-stopping images and videos that are brand-aligned to capture attention and drive engagement.
- Email Marketing – Develop eye-catching, on-brand emails from headline and copy prompts, ensuring timely approval and scheduling.
- Video Editing – Produce professional videos/slideshows from headlines, cadence, and image descriptions that are on-brand and engaging.
Required Skills & Tools
- Detail Oriented – Strong eye for design and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Team Player – Excellent work ethic and team player.
- Time Management – Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Communication – Provide regular status updates and communicate effectively with the team.
- Tools:
- Proficient in using project management tool like Monday.com
- Must use Slack for additional communication
- Must be willing to create a WTE dedicated Google account
- Must use LastPass for password management
- Proficient in Canva, YouTube, and various email management software such as MailChimp and Constant Contact.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of industry experience.
- Experience in using design and video editing tools such as Canva, Cap-Cut & Adobe Creative Suite.
- WordPress experience is not required, but a plus.

Schedule/Hours:
Looking for 20-30 hours per week to start (Full-time work is an option after a 90 day probationary period). Schedule is flexible, but must be based in 7AM-3PM PT Monday-Friday.
Starting Pay:
$27+ depending on experience
This will be contract work for at least the first 90 days
